I worked in partnership with XP’s Growth team, creating media assets focused on top-of-funnel strategies and A/B testing. The goal was to extract insights from the tests and apply them to evolve the creatives, always aiming to optimize performance. I developed LPs, Meta Ads, motion screens, and other materials. Beyond the Growth team, I also collaborated on branding fronts, with highlights including Expert 2024 and NFL 2025.
